1.The whole machine’s daily cleaning and maintenance. Especially the Screen frame and the ink scraper and the printing table should be cleaned everytime when you finished printing.Because the mentioned parts are always used in the course of producing.At the same time, when the whole set of machine is in the shutdown, its all parts should be breifly cleaned.

2.The maintenance of Partial Components.Such as Bearings,guide shaft,screw, screw arbor,need to regularly add lube oil for maintenance.If you found each of them abnormal,you should immediately shut down the machine and contact with equipment manufacturers to solve the problems.
